Thanksgiving Week

I am thankful for many things this year...meeting my love five years ago New Years Eve,,my family and friends...most of all the opportunities to be around people I love.

San Francisco

Each Wednesday night I will be traveling to San Fran to enjoy some of its lifestyle while waiting for my cousin to finish her acting job....should be a nice quiet time to chat, email and read...loving it so far!!

Two Jobs?????

Yes...now that I have a second job given to me without even trying..it is really neat the way things work out. I am now a nanny for a nine year old and a very busy thirteen year old (someone I rarely see), I also help with a highschooler and another nine year old once in awhile and they keep me pretty busy. The second job was given to me as I volunteered to work at a school...I am a gate coordinator for an entire school and I have to admit that I am really excited about doing it!!

I am working again!!

Finally I found something to pass the time,,my family needed a nanny so, a nanny I shall be. My cousins are thirteen and nine so, I will be there personal driver and homework/tutor. Should be interesting and finally I have something to look forward to doing each day!!

Jobless but Happy!!

Wishing I had something to do but kind of happy I don't. Does that make any sense? I just hope that I can stay busy at home everyday and find a few things to do along the way.

Brian and Leah's Wedding

Early June next year,,Brian and Leah....Here is what we know so far:
First weekend in June 4th or 5th
Eight Bridal Party Attendants
I am a bridesmaid and hope I don't look huge (if I am prego at the time)]
On a beach somewhere
They still don't have Leah's engagement ring (Brian bought her one in Australia, so she could pick out her own)
Got engaged in the ocean (very cool and romantic)

Brian is getting Married!!!

Crazy thing that internet device. One can find out intereting information about your own family
member on there. Brian has not yet called to let us know details like date and venue but what we do know is they got engaged underwater. Pretty creative dude my bro!!

Job Searching continues.....

August is hopefully a good job searching month

With school just around the corner..I am hoping for big things for August. Not to mention planning our first baby after the job search gets organized. I am hoping for just two more things...A JOB AND A NEW BUNDLE ON THE WAY....

HARDEST TEACHING YEAR OF MY LIFE AND NOW IT IS OVER. PLENTY OF TIME FOR GIANTS GAMES, SPENDING TIME WITH MY HUBBY AND WALKING MY DOG, MANHATTAN. SUMMER IS HERE AND IT IS GRAND!!!

No Teaching Job But Still Happy...

Still looking for a job or a baby in my tummy...Whatever appears easier at the time. I feel pretty good finishing off my current placement and keep on looking for another one. Keep me in your new job hunting minds....

Big Announcement at work....Today!!

Just told my kiddos that I wouldn't be back next year. They took it really well and now I feel totally free that the news it out. Hopefully I will find something new and exciting in my life to keep me busy...A baby perhaps would be nice!!!

Spring Break

I am enjoying spring break and just got home from two big vacations. I went skiing with my family and hubby at Kirkwood and just got back from a beach trip to Pismo with my husband. I will try to post pictures soon. Hope your well!!

Mom's Birthday Flight

This year, my mom wanted a big birthday flight with Brian and Leah. We (my husband already had plans) had a great time. We flew to Yosemite, Napa and Columbia. Fun Times!!

Jobs in the area...

LET THE JOB SEARCHING BEGIN.....I went to a huge teacher fair where I met with 12 districts looking or excepting applications. Time will tell before I know if I have a teaching job next year so wish me luck.

Lost Job!!

I am currently job searching as my placement at Cumberland didn't work out. I guess getting married during the school year was too much for the principal to handle. I am not worried,,I am a great teacher and I truly love teaching. I shall find a better fit for me and somewhere I can feel accepted.

Vacation & Valentines

We so enjoyed our huge snow fall to Bear for my week off of work!!

Also my valentines as a married lady was great. My hubby took me too a very nice restaurant and waiting for me was very sweet roses that he had delivered their for me. We had an amazing meal and I can't wait to spend every valentines with my valentine for the rest of my life.

ON VACATION

I WILL TRY TO POST NEW PICS......I AM JUST SO HAPPY TO HAVE SOME MUCH NEEDED TIME FOR R&R. ONE WEEK OFF INCLUDING MY FIRST VALENTINES DAY AS A MARRIED WOMAN....I CAN'T WAIT TO SEE WHAT MY HUSBAND HAS PLANNED....KRISTEN WALLACE

It's OFFICAL!!

No I am not pregnant,,,I wish I was though. All good things will come to those who wait,,right? Anyways, we finally received our marriage license and we are married. It only took a few months and a few hundred calls and 15 dollars. I am so happy to be with my best friend forever.

New Years 2008-09

It was a nice relaxing day and night for the Wallace's. We watched a lot of movies/tv and enjoyed our meal on our wedding china. Watching the ball drop and then off to bed, pretty uneventful but nice.
